We have negotiated 3 different headquarters location leases for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in NYC over the past 20 years.  We are proud to have helped this wonderful organization find cost effective office space where their employees can thrive.  The current lease is in the heart of midtown at:  11 East 44th Street, in a beautiful boutique building that was able to support MDA’s strict economic requirements.

Bliss – 12 West 57th Street Thursday, June 4th, 2015 at 12:12 pm

We negotiated the Bliss 57 Lease of the Entire 3rd Floor with Street Level Identification on the 57th Street facade of the building.  This was a 10 year lease, with renewal options built in.

Scholastic – Soho Campus Thursday, June 4th, 2015 at 12:11 pm

In a series of transactions, representing Scholastic Inc. exclusively over a period of 12 Years
we negotiated leases for the entire Scholastic Campus in Soho, starting with a net lease of
over 300,000 sq. ft. at 555 Broadway.  We also negotiated a series of leases and subleases at
568 Broadway comprising over 150,000 sq. ft., as well as a group of tower floors at 524 Broadway comprising over 90,000 sq. ft.  During our tenure we negotiated a 60,000 sq. ft.
office lease in Secaucus as well as numerous additional leases and sublease throughout the
U.S. to accommodate different divisions of Scholastic Inc.  While we no longer represent them exclusively, we continue to do business with the company on an “as needed” basis.
